What's the difference between Basic and Agency Pro?
Basic ($100/month) is for one agent: your own CRM, the Planet tools and the Summary Sheet. Agency Pro ($1,500/month) is for the agency owner. It turns on the Production Tracker, Team roll-up, Top 10, Daily ALP ledger and Recruiting pipeline for everyone in your downline, however many agents that is. The two plans stack, so an agency on Pro still adds a $100 seat for each agent who wants the CRM and Planet tools.
Do I need any tech skills?
No. Every tool is built for independent insurance agents. If you can send an email, you can use SteadyFlow.
What do I need to get started?
On Basic, your Planet lead-portal login and about five minutes. We save it encrypted so you can pull a fresh lead list any time. On Agency Pro, nothing but your roster: after you pay, send us your agents' names and emails, we add them, and they sign in with that email.
Which lead portals are supported?
Right now, the Planet lead portal. If you use a different one, email us and say which. Hearing what agents actually use decides what we add next.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues to the end of the billing period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments are non-refundable.
Why is texting and calling billed separately?
Phone numbers, texts and calls are pass-through costs from the carriers (Twilio and LeadConnector). The $100/month covers your SteadyFlow CRM and tools; phone costs are billed at carrier rates, with no markup.
