What's the difference between Basic and Agency Pro?

Basic ($150/month) is for a single agent: your own CRM plus the Planet export and summary-sheet tools. Agency Pro ($1,500/month) is for an agency owner: it turns on the Push Tracker, POS Lead Filter, and a live team roll-up for everyone in your downline, up to 50 agents. If you run an agency, start with Agency Pro and add your agents from there.

Do I need any tech skills?

No. SteadyFlow is built specifically for independent agents who aren't marketers or developers. If you can send an email, you can use SteadyFlow.

What do I need to get started?

Your Planet lead-portal login and about 5 minutes. SteadyFlow saves your Planet credentials (encrypted) so you can pull a fresh CSV any time you need one.

Which lead portals are supported?

Right now we support the Planet lead portal. If you use a different one, email support and let us know. Hearing what agents actually use helps us decide what to add next.

What happens when I cancel?

Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. All payments are non-refundable, so you keep everything you've already paid for.

Why is telephony billed separately?

Phone numbers, SMS, and calls are pass-through costs from carriers (Twilio/LeadConnector). The $150/month covers your SteadyFlow CRM and specialty tools; telephony is billed direct at carrier rates. No markup, no surprise overages.
